Reinventing Artificial Intelligence
For equality. For impact. For good.

Et aujourd’hui, elle est déployée sans gouvernance.

Des entreprises prennent des décisions à plusieurs millions d’euros sur des systèmes qu’elles ne comprennent pas. Entraînés sur des données non auditées. Avec des biais non identifiés.

Nadia Ghetty: Founder of Beneficial

Ce n’est pas un problème technique. C’est un problème de décision.

We’re convinced: there’s no future for AI without ethics.

A new, responsible way forward is not just possible, it’s necessary.

Personne n’a construit le système qui tranche.

  • Nous l’avons fait.

  • Un moteur de décision. Un verdict : Stop, Fix ou Scale. En quelques minutes. Documenté. Reproductible. Défendable devant un conseil d’administration, un auditeur, un régulateur.

  • Rules-based. Déterministe. Explicable.

Fondatrice, BENEFICIAL

  • Explore & Assess – Identify biases, risks, and gaps

  • Align & Structure – Build robust governance frameworks

  • Act & Rectify – Correct models, improve fairness

  • Communicate & Sustain – Create long-term responsible practices

Each algorithm we audit, design, or improve is based on three fundamental pillars:

AI that serves people
Because we design for humans — not just for systems.

Algorithms should never reinforce bias or harm — no matter how advanced they are.
That’s our promise.

Our profound belief:
Innovation matters. Only when it benefits all.

Manifesto
April 2026

It has become an infrastructure. It makes multimillion-euro decisions, hires, grants loans, detects fraud. It is everywhere. And no one has built the system to govern it.

Audits come after deployment. Internal committees lack expertise. Monitoring tools observe without deciding. In between, a void: no one says "do not deploy this project."

This is not a technical problem.

It is a decision problem. The real challenge is not building AI. It is deciding what to do with it. Stopping it when it is biased. Fixing it when it is fragile. Greenlighting it when it is ready.

We built what was missing.

Not another artificial intelligence. The opposite: a deterministic, rule-based engine, explainable by design. Because you do not govern a black box with another black box. Because a decision that commits an organization must be reproducible, documented, defensible before a board of directors, an auditor, a regulator.

Today, humans question the systems.

Tomorrow, systems will have to justify themselves before acting. Decisions made by AI will need to be explained, traced, owned. This shift is already underway. It demands a governance infrastructure. We are building it.

BENEFICIAL is a choice of integrity. A stance. A commitment to never delegate to AI what falls under human responsibility.
